Cash Back Program

           How it Works? How to Start? Want Cash Back?

Relocation America has developed a no-cost Mobility Assistance Program for employees who will not receive corporate move benefits. With over 25 years of experience in relocation, we offer real estate assistance to employees buying and/or selling a house. We will provide a rebate to employees registered under this program in most states (please see state exceptions on bottom left of page). To qualify for Mobility Assistance you must qualify under one of the following categories:

•  Eligible for Lump Sum benefit program through your employer? You will receive login instructions. •  Corporate Recruiters, Human Resource Administrators, Business Owners must register your company for the Mobility Cash Back Program.
• A part of a group, association or membership? You may register below and provide your employer's contact information. • Associations and Memberships that have employees moving in their local market or out of state may register employees below and reference the organization or group.
• Referred by friend or family employee in the program? Register below and provide the name of referring employee. • Friends and family of employees, who are moving in their local market or out of state, are able to register below and reference the employee in the benefit program.

How do I get started?

If you are an employer, please register your company below. If you are an employee under the program, no need to register, you will receive login instructions. If you are a friend or family member of an employee or organization member, register below. A Relocation America Mobility Account Executive will contact you to discuss the rebate program.

How does the program work?

The Relocation America Mobility Cash Back program is completed in five steps:

  1. You will be initiated by your employer or you may self register under the guidelines of the program.
  2. You will be connected with a local Relocation America Mobility Account Executive to assist with the assignment of a Realtor®.
  3. You will be assigned a Realtor® who will meet with you and begin the process.
  4. When you close on your home, the Broker will pay a referral fee to Relocation America Mobility.
  5. Relocation America Mobility will send a rebate check to you within two weeks after closing.

In order for you to receive a rebate, you must agree to use our referral service and work with a Realtor® within our national referral network. You are essentially being paid for buying and/or selling your home with a preferred Realtor® in your market area.
